Refund Policy

Please note, refunds for The Portal are only possible for requests made before June 30th, 2025. A $100 USD administration fee will be applied to all refunds processed. After June 30th, 2025, no refunds will be granted. For those on a payment plan, your commitment is contracted, and the full balance must be paid, even if you do not attend or complete the program.
